Introduction
The Foundation operates in accordance with Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other additional guidelines, rules and regulations, which will be published on the website.
By visiting the website/or any page of it/ and using information provided, as well as the donation system, you agree to Terms and Conditions, alongside the Privacy Policy.
You agree that Terms and Conditions and/or any type of electronic correspondence of the Foundation is accepted in the state and non governmental bodies, courts.
The Foundation carries rights to make changes in Terms and Conditions. However, information about any new change must be provided on the website along with the date of the change. By visiting the website after such changes, you automatically agree to new Terms and Conditions.
Donations
You can make donations through the website with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).
By donating, you confirm that you are a competent person of age 18 and above and getting into contractual relationship with the Foundation. If you are making a donation of behalf of a union or organization, you confirm that you have the right to do so, and the Terms and Conditions are acceptable by the very union or organization.
By donating, you agree the Foundation carries the ownership of the donated amount henceforth. In the event of the donation is made without a project or a category specified by yourself, the donation will then be included in the common budget of the Foundation.
While making donation, you will see a recurring option in "Frequency" field, which is an option given to you for monthly donations. By chosing this option, you agree upon donating to the Foundation on monthly bases. This means that your account will be debited on the same date and of the same amount as your previous donation every month until the cancellation of "Monthly occuring" option is done by yourself. You can cancel the monthly occuring donation and terminate it till your next donation. In order to do so, you should contact the Foundation on info@apreluartsakh.am
In the event of any difficulties arising while making donation through the website, please do send us an e-mail on info@apreluartsakh.am with destcription of the problem within 10 working days, as well as do mention your contact details in the same e-mail. Our staff will contact you within 5 working days after receipt of your e-mail.

In accordance to requirements of some excerpts of the website, the gathering, usage and transfer of some of your personal data by the Foundation will be done in accordance to Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of this website.
